Aim: This research aimed at studying the scientific outputs of Isfahan Payam Noor University as appeared in ISI Database upto 11 November 2011.Method: The research was conducted by using bibliometric method. Data was collected through inputting the search formula: “Payam* OR PNU” in the address field. Search results were re-examined manually in MSWord Software. Records thus obtained formed the study sample.Findings: Results showed that 74 documents were registered in the ISI database by the academic staff of Payam Noor University of Isfahan of which Only 6 documents were authored individually and the rest were published on co-authorship basis. Among these, 10 were produced on international collaborations basis. The language of all documents was English.Conclusions: The production of scientific papers in Payam Noor University of Isfahan followed a growing trend upto 2010 and the majority of publications (37 documents) were in Chemistry.
